Account and Registration

• How do I create an account?
  You can create an account during the checkout process when you register for your first training.
• I forgot my password. What do I do?
  Click the 'Login' button, then select the 'Forgot Password' link to begin the reset process.

Finding a Training

• How can I find available trainings?
  All available trainings are listed on our home page. You can browse them by date and type.

Announcements

• Where can I see site-wide announcements?
  Important announcements from CCI are displayed on the main Home Page.

Training Schedules

• How do I find upcoming trainings?
  You can view all scheduled future trainings by navigating to 'Schedule' -> 'Upcoming Schedule' in the main menu.
• Can I view trainings that have already happened?
  Yes, the 'Schedule' -> 'Past Schedule' menu item will show you a list of trainings that have already concluded.
